From the diary of Silvan the Dryad Session date: 18.7.2004 20.4. We returned to Aleandor. The guards at the checkpoint let us through without a second glance. Abrahm took us to a hidden underground passage, and we exited inside Myrnur Castle. We were taken to a room inside the castle. Abrahm was leaving to negotiate with the queen of Dorandor. We were told that this was the castle's guest section, and we could go anywhere where the guards would let us. We talked with Abrahm for a bit, suggesting he take care of the undead majordomo in Dorandor. He said he'd let the Dorandorians take care of, since the undead's mansion was quite a castle. We talked about the metcalf weapon orcs were about to use, and Abrahm said he'd already informed both royal houses about it. Abrahm said some invitations were going to be sent out, and it'd take about a week for them to be answered. In the meanwhile, we could go to the mage school to train if we wanted. There was some discussion on whether we'd want to bring the ghoul back. We took a quick vote, with me and Hera voting in favor of bringing it back. Buran sided with us in order to break the stalemate. Longfoot and Buran were made into angels. Abrahm boosted my constitution and wings, giving me the ability to truly fly. He'd have helped Hera, but didn't know any demon magic. He suggested we participate in a flying exercise that was held east of Andukan. We got a channeller to help us with recovering Hera's wings. With his help, we did so and also boosted her constitution while we were at it. Abrahm took the Sword of Necreegh from Buran and returned Buran's soul to him. He also took the spear we'd bought, saying it was the Spear of Anxar, a godly artifact. We blinked. We decided to go eat. The food was pretty good. 21.4. Then we went to participate in flying practice. We were taught different forms of formation flying. 22.4. - 27.4. We practiced magic. I finally learned Channeling. 27.4. Abrahm returned, with him Old Man, Dazzmagaar, and the prince of Dorandor. They were going to hold council, and said we could come listen. Abrahm had tried to bring back our undead, but it looked like Aradriel had already captured its soul and used it for its own purposes. He said he could give us a magical item which would identify the undead's soul if it came close. 28.4. I practiced magic. I saw a young girl crying and went to ask her what the matter was. She told me that her father had mysteriously disappeared without a trace during the previous night. I asked some city guards, and they told me they believed demon spies had abducted the father. I got Hera and together we hired a tracker to follow the trails. He brought us to a giant hole that looked like that it'd been burned out with a huge lava flow. After a lot of argument, we finally decided not to pursue the glassmaker into the Great Burning Hollow. 29.4. We woke up early in the morning. We went to the great council. The queen declared the council opened. The gnolls hadn't sent a representative to the meeting, considering the matters discussed far too remote to concern them. Vartok, whom we recognized as the Inquisitor's friend, represented the orcs. Others present were Sarah Mills, the leader of the Aleandorian intelligence agency, Arian, the crown prince of Dorandor, Dazzmagaar of the dark elves, Tallorn of the goblins, Werner of the dwarves, and Dagor of the ogres. Also present were the mayor of Green Copper, Old Man, Quaylan of the New Knights of the Dawn and representative of the chaos dimension, Felaithan, an undead Fleandor, the mage school's new leader, and Radius the queen's advisor. Abrahm was here to represent the gods. Sarah Mills started by giving us her report. Dwarves had began asking for higher prices for black steel. Aleandor had began producing golems, but would need black steel to produce them, which the dwarves had been unwilling to turn over. Werner objected that if Aleandor got more black steel, they'd grow even more powerful than now when they already had battle mages. A huge argument broke out between Sarah and Werner, with Sarah accusing the dwarves of hoarding black steel and trying to fetch a higher a price for it. In the end the queen had to end the argument, telling the dwarves that if they'd fall, Aleandor was the last buffer against the demons. Abrahm then told the people what we'd found out, including the orcs having revealed the secret of metcalf. The orcs said that there was no evidence of the demons staging an invasion anytime soon. They'd been there forever and had never invaded the surface. Abrahm said there was enough proof about an invasion that it couldn't be discounted outright; instead, he suspected the orcs and demons of having an alliance. The orc was angered by the accusations, using rather coarse language. Abrahm and the orc got into a big argument until Abrahm finally killed the orc. The queen got up, most respectfully telling Abrahm that she'd guaranteed the safety of everyone present and asked if the orc could be revived. Abrahm complied. Abrahm then introduced us and the rest of the angels. Angela herself was working on an important project but would join the meeting later. Werner was asked about demon battle tactics, but didn't feel very qualified to say anything about it. Instead the goblin held an explanation, saying that the demons usually fought to the death (because otherwise they'd be killed by their own people anyway). Abrahm told the people that Deilo Wueth, a knowledge mage, served Aradriel as a death knight. Aradriel could always bring Deilo back if he died, and as long as they had Deilo, any plans of ambushes and traps would be in vain. The wyrm was discussed. Abrahm doubted anything the demons or the humans could offer would interest the wyrm. Abrahm showed the council the Sword of Necreegh. He said it seemed like the dark elves had its partner in their control, and Dazzmagaar admitted she knew where it was. Finally she agreed on delivering it, but still considered it dark elven property. A flying, dragon-sized thing had been seen flying above Aleandor. It looked just like it had wings made of fabric, and Abrahm explained. Succubi and incubi were discussed, and Abrahm took Hera as an example of a succubus that'd joined his forces and nobody'd be allowed to pick on her. Abrahm told the people of demons such as her.
